Product Manager - Banking (f/m/x) 

Join our visionary product team as a Product Manager - Banking. In this role, you will create anenhanced financial solutions that meet the needs of a global clientele. YOUR ROLE

• Building and improving our banking product: Your primary focus will be the development and enhancement of our banking offerings.
• Strategic development: You will drive product strategies, translating them into comprehensive roadmaps and backlog items, aligning with our Commercial (Marketing and Sales) and Operations teams to boost growth and optimize conversion rates and NPS.
• Product customization: In collaboration with the Operations and Commercial teams, you will continuously refine and tailor our banking products, focusing on onboarding, activation, upgrades, plans, and different payment options.
• Innovative product development: You will follow a rapid prototyping approach by developing product hypotheses, launching MVPs, running A/B tests, evaluating results, and determining the next steps.
• Customer insight and segmentation: You will own customer personas and insights frameworks, segment customers effectively, and create easy-to-interpret dashboards for company-wide use.
• Cross-functional team collaboration: You will work closely with a team of designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver valuable and quick time-to-market solutions to our customers.
• Specification and testing: You will specify the tickets for our engineering team with functional and non-functional requirements, the user needs and acceptance criteria as well as testing the functionality of the product before the release date.
• Performance analysis: You will prepare performance insights for our internal stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational foundation: You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional expertise: You have 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2C, B2B, SaaS fintech products, including at least 2 years focusing on banking products.
• User research experience: You have some experience in user research and usability testing.
• Analytical acumen: You are data-driven, have a hands-on approach with a solid understanding of concepts like Scrum and Kanban. 
• Proficiency in tools: You are experienced with Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar, RapidUserTest, Miro, Figma, JIRA, and Notion.
• Communication skills: You have the ability to clearly specify requirements, engage in effective discussions with software engineers, and turn complex inputs into actionable plans.
• Team environment: You communicate with empathy and precision, fostering an excellent work environment.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German is beneficial, but not required.
