Tier 1 Customer Support Supervisor - China (remote)

YOUR ROLE

You will lead and supervise Tier 1 customer support agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
You will monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Your will resolve escalated customer issues and handle complex inquiries
You will develop and implement training programs for new agents and ongoing skill development
You will collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and enhance the overall customer experience

YOUR PROFILE

You have proven experience in a customer support supervisor or team lead role
You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
You have excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
You are proficient in relevant software tools and platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
You have exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
You are fluent in English and Mandarin
