Product Management Intern (f/m/x)

Expatrio is looking for a sharp and motivated Product Management Intern to support our work across two critical areas: Insurance and Growth. You’ll become an essential part of a fast-paced product team that collaborates directly with stakeholders across the company—including our co-founders—to scale processes, improve user journeys, and help build products that support thousands of internationals relocating to Germany.

In the Insurance stream, your focus will be on scaling product operations and improving internal workflows that support our user-facing services. On the Growth side, you’ll work with Study Buddy data—validating and optimizing the content users see on our platform and website.

You’ll gain firsthand experience in product management, growth strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—all while making a tangible impact on the company and our users.

YOUR ROLE

  • Support the Product team in streamlining and scaling core processes

  • Help revamp user flows and identify bottlenecks or improvement areas

  • Collaborate with the Growth team to validate Study Buddy data and optimize displayed content

  • Conduct data analysis and user research to support product decisions

  • Assist in building internal documentation and aligning teams around updated workflows

  • Work closely with co-founders and senior leaders on high-impact initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • You’re pursuing or have completed a degree in business, data, or a technical field

  • You’re available for at least 3 months

  • You’ve completed at least one internship or relevant work experience

  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity

  • You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional setup

  • You’re fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
